방은 엄청 깨끗합니다. 특히 화장실이 깨끗한 것이 마음에 듭니다. 옥상에 노천 사우나가 있는데 남자만 이용가능합니다. 특히 조식이 정말 맛있습니다. 조식은 로비에서 먹을 수도 있고 방에서 먹을 수도 있습니다. 그리고 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 제가 택시에서 폰을 놔두고 내린 적이 있어 호텔 직원에게 부탁하니 자기 일 처럼 전화 막 알아보고 찾아 주시더라구요ㅎ 설기간에는 주변 음식점이 안 연다고 호텔 지배인이 집으로 초대해줘서 같이 먹었어요 ㅎ 친절갑입니다 ㅎ 근처 재래 시장이 있고 롯데 근처라 물건 사기도 편합니다. 백점 만점. 3개월 투숙했는데 정말 좋았어요 ㅎ The room is very clean! Especailly restroom is perfect. There is sauna on top floor, only man use. Breakfast is also perfect. Good and various. You can have a breakfast in the room or in the robby. And all staff are very friendly and kind. When i lost my phone in the taxy, they try to find it and contact taxi driver. And at last, i found my phone :) they always try to work the requst of customer like their work. Hotel manager is also good. In tet holiday, he invited me dinner party because all restaurant were closed. Nearby momizi, there are traditional market and lotte mart. So very convenient to buy some foods, fruits and etc. I lived for 3 months. Perfect hotel :) If i come back to hanoi, i will stay here again. Good price and perfect service!!

10月に初めてここに泊まりました。色々融通が聞きます。朝食は選択式で、早めに時間帯を確保したほうがいいです。客はほぼ日本人です。ホテルで日本語が通じない日がないので、初めての人にも安心です。ちょっと小道に入ったところなので静かですが、迷いませぬよう。買い物にも便利で、日本食やさんやマッサージも多いです。一階のロビーに日本の漫画が置いてあります。近くの地元の店に入ってご飯を食べてみるのもいいかもしれません。お風呂は半野外で開放的。サウナはないです。あまり書かれませんが、トイレの排水が優れているのも地味にポイント高い。です。冷蔵庫の無料ドリンク類は地味に嬉しかったです。

10日間利用しました。 7階建てで7階に大浴場があります。男性専用と記載はありませんが、恐らく男性のみ。バスタブがある部屋が多く、水道の湯の勢いも良いです。連泊者には洗濯サービスが嬉しい。部屋の冷蔵庫も毎日補充され、無料です。その中身はハノイビール、ペプシコーラ250cc、ペットボトルのスポーツドリンク風炭酸飲料。そうこちらハノイではアクエリアスも炭酸入りです。お土産にどうぞ。立地は一本入ったところでわかりにくいが、逆に大通りに面していないため静かです。朝食は頼めば部屋に持ってきてくれます。希望時間は指定した早い方順なので、多くて同じ時間に5名くらいと思われる。毎朝明日分の朝食を選びつつ時間を指定していました。大浴場は半分屋外で屋根はあるがサイドは外。テレビがありますサウナはないです。

日本と変わらずフロントも日本語バッチリでした。仕事で２泊しましたが快適でした。夜帰ってくるとおにぎり寿司のサービスが有りました。５星に届かなかったのは、日本のビジネスホテルよりは広いが、やはり狭いですね。ベットはキングサイズで慣れているせいかもしれませんがシングルよりは少し広い感じ？トイレはウォシュレットで良いですね。バスタブ付きのシャワー水量は問題なしでした。朝ご飯はいろいろ選べて良いです。焼き魚定食と次の日は納豆定食を頂きました。美味しかったです。その他牛丼やうどん定食などあり部屋に運んでくれるサービスもあります。

立地条件、部屋の清潔感、スタッフの対応、そしてコスパ。どれをとっても文句ナシに良いホテルです。選べる朝ごはんは和食、洋食、ベトナム料理とバラエティに富んで連泊しても飽きがこない。夕飯食べて飲みに出かけて歩いて帰れるのでハノイ初心者にオススメです。部屋の大きさは日本のビジネスホテル並みですが屋上の露天風呂が１日の疲れを癒してくれます。
